The finale of the NBC's The Biggest Loser Season 7 was a 3 hour special last Tuesday. Two contestants, Tara Costa and Helen Phillips, were running for the grand prize of $250,000.
Helen Phillips is a 47 year old and a resident of Sterling Heights, Michigan. She started the competition weighing 257 lbs. She lost a total of 140 lbs, with her current weight at an amazing 117 lbs. Her total percentage of weight loss was 54.47%, half of her weight before she join this reality show.
