Justin Bieber stood tall among the celebrities who participated in the NBA All-Star

Justin Bieber stood tall among the celebrities who participated in the NBA All-Star celebrity game on Friday, finishing with eight points, four assists, and two rebounds to win the MVP award.

Bieber was named MVP despite playing for the losing West team, which bowed to its Eastern counterparts, 49-54. Bieber hit a three-pointer and delivered an assist to former Los Angeles Lakers stalwart A.C. Green for the first points of the game. The 16-year-old Canadian also made the highlight reel for the wrong reason when Scottie Pippen swatted away one of his shots in the third quarter. Pippen led the East with 17 points.

Among Bieber’s celebrity teammates were “Chuck” star Zac Levi, R&B singer Trey Songz, and Rob Kardashian, a member of the famous Kardashian clan. The celebrity players in the East squad were Nick Cannon, Jason Sudekis, and Common. Magic Johnson was the head coach of the East while the West team was led by Bill Walton.

The celebrity match was one of the events at the start of the NBA All-Star weekend in Los Angeles.
