Following in the footsteps of wife Victoria, David Beckham has revealed he is set to launch his own fashion line.

After being the face of Emporio Armani's underwear, the footballer told WWD.com how it inspired him to create his own bodywear collection.

"I have had the idea of doing a bodywear collection for some time now. The push to do something of my own really came as a result of my collaboration with Armani.

"With my team we have spent time working on the fit, the fabric and the style to ensure the product looks and feels the very best and I am hugely proud of the end result."

He added: "I can't wait to show people the collection - although I'm not sure my mum will be too happy seeing a billboard image of me in underwear again."

The Beckham brand is here to stay as David is looking forward to focusing on other fashion and beauty products. Next up is his new fragrance - Homme by David Beckham.

David and Victoria Beckham are expecting their fourth child in the summer!

The couple’s rep confirmed the news to People magazine saying: "David and Victoria Beckham are delighted to confirm they are expecting their fourth child in the summer. Brooklyn, Romeo and Cruz are very excited about the arrival of their new brother or sister."

Victoria, 36, and David, 35, married in 1999. The Beckhams, who have three sons together, have previously said they want more children and they are keen to add a girl to their brood.

"I would love to have a little girl. If I am blessed to have another baby at some point that would be great. I'm really girlie. I'd love to dress a little girl up." Victoria said.

Congrats to the happy couple and hope the Beckhams have their longed for girl!

David & Victoria Beckham Moving To New York City?

David & Victoria Beckham and their three boys, who are currently live in Los Angeles, are planning to make a move to New York City and it’s all due to Victoria’s quickly-expanding fashion empire, according to Now! magazine.

"My work is so important to me and LA just isn’t a real fashion city," fashion designer Victoria reportedly told a friend.

"Her friendship group in LA has disbanded and David was traveling a lot more than she’d anticipated and so was she. It just seemed to make sense for her to be based in fashion capital New York. It’s closer to London and Europe for her business meetings." said the source.

However, the family will keep their Beverly Hills home because David is still under contract with LA Galaxy.

"David’s used to flying a lot but this will be the first time he’s been permanently based so far from his team. If he has a few games in a row, he’ll stay in Los Angeles." the source added.

"This isn’t a decision they’ve come to lightly. They still like LA and have no plans to sell their home there but being based in Hollywood doesn’t appeal to them anymore and they feel it’s time for a change."

David Beckham prefers having to retire in the United States than in his homeland, Great Britain. The 34 year old soccer superstar expressed his intention to stay in the US after he quits the sport and live a "normal" life in Beverly Hills together with Posh Spice wife Victoria Beckham and his kids.

In an interview, David Beckham reasoned out that: "We have a normal life (in the US). I can see us living here for a few years." The couple, together with their three kids Brooklyn, 10, Romeo, seven, and four-year-old Cruz have been enjoying a relatively anonymous lifestyle in the US. Beckham has been staying in Los Angeles since 2007 when he was enlisted by the LA Galaxy team.

 

In the same vein, Victoria cannot help but agree with her husband. The singer-turned-fashion designer reckoned that she finds Spain "a little tricky" because it's difficult there for women to establish herself in the society. But in America, Victoria informed that: "From the minute we landed at the airport, we were equal. America is equal, it doesn't matter whether you are a man or a woman." Sadly, David will be away for six months in Italy after signing up for soccer giants AC Milan. David admitted that he hates being apart from his family. He said: "Anyone who knows me knows how I feel about my children, about my wife and my family and I hate being away from them."

Victoria Beckham thinks that two teacup pigs are a perfect Christmas gift for football hubby David Beckham. In fact, Posh Spice did not bat an eyelash spending £1,400 ($2,315) for two miniature pot-bellied Gloucester Old Spot cross-breed as an early treat for her beloved husband.As one source quipped: "'What can you possibly buy the multi-millionaire, superstar footballer who has absolutely everything? In the case of David Beckham, the answer is, obviously, a pair of cuddly designer piglets. Victoria fell in love with them and realized she'd found the perfect present."

It is said that the former Spice Girls member adored the two pigs which David Beckham named Pinky and Perky, based on popular characters in a children's TV show. Unknown to us, these teacup pigs are clean and easy to train. David and Victoria plan to let these cute little piggies run inside their house and be on their laps while watching their favorite TV shows. David and Victoria are not the lone celebrities who are getting teacup pigs as pets. Recently, hotel heiress Paris Hilton got one, while Harry Potter star Rupert Grint also purchased this loving pet earlier.

Football fans were generally surprised at what David Beckham got sticking out of his shorts. This got his football wife Victoria Beckham look worried at what might be David's problem. In her thoughts, Posh Spice might be thinking: " Are we still gonna have children?"

For those without prurient thoughts, David Beckham has injured his thighs in his efforts to let LA Galaxy win their game against San Jose Earthquakes on Saturday (October 24). Bored of being just a football star's wife, Victoria Beckham is trying her knack at being a wedding planner. Yet, too bad she's paying this one herself at £50,000! Yes, Victoria is spending time to become the wedding planner for her younger sister Louise. Louise is marrying stockbroker Darren Flood on December 27.

A very close friend of the Beckhams disclosed that Victoria assured Louise: "I don't care what it costs - it will be my Christmas present to you". Aww, that's very sweet - Louise was reportedly very "touched" with her sister's gesture. What's more special is that Victoria wants the event to take place in their very own Beckingham Palace mansion in Hertfordshire, East England. Very Wang is also being tapped as the fashion designer, who also created the gown Victoria wore for her 1999 marriage to David Beckham - to make Louise's dress. However, the groom Darren is reportedly upset about Posh Spice's offer because he wants to pay for the nuptials himself. The source revealed that: "He is insisting he gets the bill - it's why he is so respected and liked by the family. But Victoria normally gets her way". Unfortunately, this will not be the first time Louise will be marching down the aisle at the Beckingham Palace, since she wed there in 2002 and her marriage went pfft five years later in 2007. Maybe, Darren would not like the bad luck associated by holding the wedding there?

Victoria and David Beckham have unviled their latest Emporio Armani underwear campaign for the Autumn/Winter 2009-10 collection. It’s the second time the couple have appeared in the ad together.

The new advertising campaign, shot by fashion photographers Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott in Milan, will be appear on billboards later this month.

David Beckham has stripped down again for a new Emporio Armani underwear advert.

The LA Galaxy footballer was seen grabbing a huge rope and only wearing a black Armani underpants in the newest ad, which was unveiled at the Selfridges department store in London on Thursday.

"David has a great sense of style and is an inspiring role model –- this is what makes him the perfect partner for Emporio Armani underwear, I am very excited that David Beckham’s new campaign image was unveiled exclusively in his home country -- and where better than at such an iconic retail destination as Selfridges." Us Weekly quoted Giorgio Armani as saying.
