Reese Witherspoon Jim Toth Tied the Knot

Reese Witherspoon and Jim Toth are now husband and wife!

The 35-year-old Oscar-winning actress, and Toth, the 40-year-old CAA agent, tied the knot in front of family and friends in a private ceremony at Witherspoon's ranch in Ojai, Calif on Saturday (March 26th).

Witherspoon and Toth began quietly dating in January 2010. The two got engaged in last December. It was said the actress wore a Monique Lhuillier wedding dress for her big day.

Witherspoon's children, Ava, 11 and Deacon, 7, attend the ceremony as well as her first husband Ryan Phillippe. Renee Zellweger, Sean Penn, Scarlett Johansson, Tobey Maguire, Robert Downey Jr. and Alyssa Milano are also in attendance at the wedding.

Reese Witherspoon is reportedly going to marry her fiance Jim Toth next week!

The Oscar-winning actress, 34, and Toth, an agent at Creative Artists Agency in Los Angeles, 40, are planning to wed next Saturday, March 26th at her Ojai Valley estate in California, according to reports.

A source told Radaronline the couple will be keeping the wedding small, including around 100 guests and that "candles and flowers will be everywhere, in white and pastels, for an intimate feeling."

As for Witherspoon, who began quietly dating Toth in January 2010, has been spotted wedding dress shopping in Paris and Los Angeles since her December engagement.

Witherspoon divorced actor Ryan Phillippe in 2007 after seven years of marriage. They have two children together, Ava, 11, and Deacon, 7.

This will be the first marriage to Toth.

Reese Witherspoon has become the latest star to join the race to the altar in 2011 - the actress and her Hollywood agent boyfriend Jim Toth are engaged. The star began dating Toth at the beginning of 2010 shortly after she and Jake Gyllenhaal split, and now her publicist has confirmed the Oscar winner is planning a second trip up the aisle.

Witherspoon and actor Ryan Phillippe divorced in 2008.

The actress joins Leann Rimes, Natalie Portman, Hugh Hefner, Ginnifer Goodwin and Jason Mraz among the celebrities who have announced engagements in the last week, and unconfirmed reports suggest singer Lily Allen has also accepted boyfriend Sam Cooper's proposal over Christmas.
