Having a blast: David Beckham grabs a hold of his son Cruz and hoists him up into the branches of a tree as they enjoy an outing to the park in Santa Monica today

David Beckham has his hands full once again as he burns some energy with his youngest son.

The doting father was seen giving six-year-old Cruz a lift onto a huge tree branch during a park outing in Santa Monica today.

His second son, eight-year-old Romeo, also came along and, like his brother, enjoyed getting into a few scrapes as he climbed the tree.

Beckham, 36, is often spotted with his boys taking part in fun activities, from bike riding and football, to splashes in the sea around the California coast.

Last night he was watched on by his family as his team, LA Galaxy, thrashed Sporting Kansas City 4-1 at the Home Depot Center in Carson.

Beckham, who scored one of the goals with a free-kick, was sporting his customary black headband during the match.

Afterwards he stripped off his shirt to reveal his sprawling array of tattoos across his arms, back and chest.

Wow, she's smiling: His pregnant wife Victoria was also in attendance last night

He was supported in the stands by his three sons, including Brooklyn, 12, and his pregnant wife Victoria.

The couple are expecting their fourth child later this year, this time a girl.
