Chris Brown confirmed for Reggae Sumfest 2010

Chris Brown has been confirmed to perform at the 2010 Reggae Sumfest music festival. It has not been announced which of the 2 international nights (Fri July 23rd or Sat Jul 24th) he will perform on.

This is the seventeenth staging of this music festival. It features a beach party on Sunday July 18th, Dancehall Night is Thursday July 22nd, and International Nights are Friday July 23rd and Saturday July 24th.

Pics from Year of the Child concert in Dominica

From all accounts the 2010 Year of the Child concert organized by Dominican Reggae artist Nelly Stharre and Friends was well received and well attended. Patrons were entertained by Reggae Heavyweights Queen Ifrica and Tony Rebel as well as Nelly Stharre of course and other local talents like marie-claire, Maxine Alleyne-Esprit, Aima, Ras Judah all backed by Fanatik Band. Event: Year of the Child concert at Krazy Koconuts

Jamaican Reggae acts Tony Rebel and Queen Ifrica; as well as Dominican Nelly Stharre are the headliners of the Year Of The Child" concert which takes place at Krazy Koconuts in Dominica on Jan. 9th 2010. The theme is "Building our nation one child at a time!" Local artists such as marie-claire, Aima, Maxine Alleyne, Dr. Silk, Atunyah and Ras Judah are expected to perform. They will be backed by the Fanatik Band. Proceeds from the event will go to Camp Rescue Londonderry.



Don't miss it. There is gonna be a suprise artist, but my lips are sealed just know it will be well worth your while!
