Peter Brant II told Gawker that there was no malice when his former supermodel mother appeared to kiss him on the lips while they were vacationing in St. Barths. In the photograph, a bikini-clad Seymour, who at 42 can still give younger models a run for their money, appears to be kissing her son on the lips. “I would just like to say that these pictures have been taken completely out of context, my mother and i are very close as she is with all her children. She often hugs and kisses me and my siblings in an manner that is intimate,” Brant said in a statement.
And for those trying to inject malice into the “innocent” show of intimacy, here’s what Brant has to say: “We have nothing to hide and with that in mind I would like to say that I am openly gay.”
