On 21 May morning, my mobile phone was ringing. When I take a look at the display, I saw on odd number. First character is "+" sign. I thought it was from abroad. As far as I know if the first character is "+" is from abroad. But this is an odd number. I rejected this call and wait for the next action. I remember with the story about people that having unknown number calling, after accept the call, the charge for phone billing statement will go up without we use it. Strange...I try to search on internet and find that
number is from VOIP and it is difficult to know from where and also it is hard to us to call back. I think it is the same with spamming. It is better if we reject this number than accept it.
