After their nuptials in a private church, the newlyweds celebrated with their guests in a town outside Rome. The blusing bride dazzled everyone with her gown by Stacey Bendet. A guest in the wedding quoted by entertainment source People.com, said that “”The ceremony was truly unique and Mena looked breathtaking. They are very much in love.” The couple had been engaged since July of 2008. This has been the second marriage for Suvari, who had previously divorced cinematographer Robert Brinkman last 2005.
