Ryan Phillippe has no hard feelings about his ex-wife's engagement. On Thursday, the actor offered his congratulations to Reese Witherspoon, who is newly engaged to Hollywood agent Jim Toth. "I'm very happy for both Reese and Jim," the actor, who was married to Witherspoon for seven years before they split in 2008, tells the New York Daily News in a statement.
