Fifth time's the charm?
Lindsay Lohan has checked into an undisclosed Southern California rehab facility, TMZ reported Tuesday. It's the fifth rehab stint for the 24-year-old.

The actress, who tested positive for cocaine weeks after being released from treatment following jail time stemming from a 2007 DUI arrest, spent 15 hours in jail before getting out Sept. 24 on $300,000 bail.

She's next due in court Oct. 22.
"She finally admitted she needs help to fix her addiction," a source says in the new Us Weekly, out Wednesday.

Before entering rehab, however, Lohan attempted to cash in on her problems: She tried to sell her first postjail pics -- featuring her SCRAM bracelet -- for $10,000.
